HCG Diet Teen.

Day 6.

I lost another 2lbs! Yay! That means I am down 7lbs since I started the HCG drops. I’m really happy. My mom told me that I seem a lot happier since I started losing the weight.

So, Yeah. Today I didn’t use the drops because I am doing it for the whole 6weeks and you’re supposed to not take them one day of the week. I had no problem still going with the diet. I skipped breakfast and for lunch had left over carne asada/ fajitas lettuce wrap. A mid afternoon strawberry lemonade smoothie and for dinner me and my mom had the meatloaf that was on the recipes list on a website for HCG, with green beans(they weren’t on the list, but we made them without anything bad.) and tomatoes.

I’m really excited about this diet. And I hope we keep losing the weight.

Hello. I made this blog on the 5th day of the HCG Drops. I am doing this diet with my mom. On the loading days I had gained 2lbs and lost them on the first day of starting the low calorie diet. Since then I have lost 3lbs within those other two days.

I have had the same breakfast each day and it fills me half way through.

I use a magic bullet blender to make a strawberry lemonade smoothie. 

What I do is:

1.Fill the cup/blender up about half way with water.
2. Cut a fresh lemon in half, use only one half if using the Magic Bullet, both if using a normal sized blender.
3. Have frozen strawberries in the freezer, grab a handful(about four.) and put it in.
4. Blend it up as is first, or it will be too thick.
5. After the strawberries are all blended up, add in a few packets of Stevia. (I use two packets)
6. Put in about 4-6 ice cubes and blend it up again until ice is all crushed.

And you’re done!

So far for dinner and lunch I have had: Beef brisket and cooked celery for dinner the first night. The second day for lunch I had the set size of chicken and a few radishes. For dinner I had Chicken and Cabbage soup. Today, (day three of the low calorie diet) I had carne asada lettuce wrap and for dinner I had Chicken and A salad with balsamic vinegar.

It’s pretty easy and I’m really excited about this diet. I will try my best to post as often as I can.
